DynoWeb
“Find where you're losing sales. Fix it and see the money.”
DynoWeb is a conversion-rate optimisation platform for Shopify merchants. It watches how real shoppers behave, diagnoses where revenue is leaking, and then deploys the fix — without a developer touching the theme.
The hard part of CRO is not finding suggestions. It is proving that a change actually made money. DynoWeb is built around that problem: every fix is measured against a holdout group or a clean before/after window, so the merchant sees attributed revenue rather than a vanity chart.

DynoAgent — an approval-gated AI operator
A conversational agent with read access to live store data. It proposes concrete changes and explains its reasoning, but every action passes through an explicit merchant approval gate before it touches a storefront. Autonomy where it helps, a hard stop where it matters.
Behavioural instrumentation at scale
Heatmaps and session replay capture attention and friction across thousands of sessions per store, tiered from 1,500 on the free plan up to a million on custom plans — so the pipeline had to stay cheap per session.
Revenue attribution, honestly done
Each deployed fix is measured with holdout groups or before/after comparison. The product deliberately reports what it can defend rather than claiming credit for every conversion downstream of a change.
Behaviour-triggered intervention
Cart-saver and exit-intent popups fire on real behavioural signals and are pre-styled to match the merchant brand, so the fix ships looking native rather than bolted on.
Where this one was genuinely difficult.
Trusting an agent with a live storefront
An agent that can edit a revenue-generating storefront is a liability unless its blast radius is bounded. The design answer was approval gates on every mutation plus reversibility, which turned out to be what merchants needed in order to say yes at all.
Measurement that survives scrutiny
Attribution is where most CRO tooling quietly overclaims. Building holdout groups into the measurement path costs some headline numbers and buys the thing that matters more: a merchant who believes the report.
Agency-grade output at $14/month
Serving optimisation normally sold as a retainer, at self-serve pricing, forces hard unit economics on storage, replay compression and inference cost per store.
